TrafficClan (“TrafficClan”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a performance-marketing and affiliate network connecting publishers with advertisers across pay per call, lead generation (CPL), CPS and CPI offers. TrafficClan is operated by Trafficclan LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

It applies to our website, our publisher and advertiser platforms, and the data we process in the course of running campaigns. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

1.Who this policy covers

This Policy covers three groups: (a) visitors to our website; (b) partners — publishers and advertisers who hold an account with us; and (c) consumers whose calls, leads or interactions are processed through the network on behalf of our advertisers. For most consumer lead and call data, we act as a service provider / data processor for the advertiser that receives it; the advertiser is the controller of that data and its own privacy policy also applies.

2.Information we collect

Information partners provide

• Contact and business details: name, company, email, phone, website and messaging you send us.
• Account, billing and payout details, including tax information (e.g. W-9 / W-8) and payment identifiers needed to pay or invoice you.
• Traffic sources, campaign settings and buyer criteria you configure.

Consumer data processed through the network

• Lead and call data such as name, phone number, email, postal details and the information a consumer submits on a lead form or provides on a call.
• Consent records, including opt-in text, timestamp, IP address and the source URL where consent was captured.
• Call metadata (time, duration, routing) and lead quality signals.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring/exit pages.
• Click, tracking and conversion data via pixels, cookies, tracking links and similar technologies used to attribute and measure performance and to detect fraud.

3.How we use information

• Operate the network: match offers, generate tracking links, route calls, and attribute and measure conversions.
• Prevent fraud and enforce quality: detect bots, duplicates, and non-compliant or low-intent traffic.
• Process payments, payouts, invoicing and tax reporting.
• Provide support, account management and service communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
• Improve and secure our website and platforms.

4.How we share information

• With advertisers / buyers: consumer lead and call data is delivered to the advertiser the consumer consented to be contacted by, together with source and consent records.
• With publishers: aggregated or campaign-level performance data (not another partner’s confidential data).
• With service providers: vendors that host our systems, process payments, provide call tracking, analytics, fraud detection or communications, under contracts limiting their use of the data.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety and the integrity of the network.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money; however, certain data sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws — see Your rights & choices.

5.Cookies & tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tracking links and similar technologies to run and attribute campaigns, remember preferences, measure performance and detect fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function. Where required, we present a cookie/consent notice.

6.Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, run and reconcile campaigns, meet legal, tax and audit obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Consent and lead records are retained for the period required to evidence compliance. When no longer needed, data is deleted or de-identified.

7.Data security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and data minimization — designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

• US state privacy laws (e.g. California CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not knowingly process sensitive data for such purposes without a lawful basis.
• EU/UK (GDPR), where applicable: rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

Because we often process consumer data on an advertiser’s behalf, we may direct certain requests to the relevant advertiser, or act on their instructions. To exercise a right, contact privacy@trafficclan.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law.

9.Marketing & contact preferences

Consumers who submitted a lead or agreed to be contacted can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in an email, replying STOP to a text where offered, or asking to be placed on an internal do-not-contact list. We honor suppression and Do-Not-Call requests across the network and expect our partners to do the same, consistent with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and applicable rules.

10.Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where a lower threshold applies). If you believe a minor’s data has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11.International data

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access our services from outside the US, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12.Third-party sites

Our site and offers may link to third-party websites and advertiser landing pages we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
